Refund policy

At Karanth’s Foods Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

  1. Food Safety & Hygiene – Once a pack has left our facility, it cannot be taken back or resold to another customer.
  2. Quality Assurance – Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks and multi-layer packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
  3. Fairness to Customers – Allowing returns for food items may compromise the safety of future customers.

Damages and Issues

We request all customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you find that your product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Or if you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at karanthsfoods@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

 

Our team will investigate the matter and, if approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no extra cost to you.

 

Note: Products without proper evidence (photos/videos) or reported beyond 48 hours of delivery will not qualify for replacement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for opened or damaged food items. They are only applicable in specific cases:

  1. Non-Delivery – If your order does not reach you due to courier issues or other unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  2. Replacement-Eligible Cases – In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we do not issue refunds, but we provide a replacement of the same product.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
